The location and the price are fine.
The grounds were clean, the tenants were quiet, free parking, close to fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket. My room was in poor condition, including mold.
All went well except that the bed sheet had stain of unknown source, the furnitures are disappointingly dated, the carpet is dated, with various stained spots.
They are very nice. They have rules that keep the people from west capital off there property..so it nice and quiet..

. the room itself was good. It was a good place to stay, while my partner and I were in Sacramento. We had a good water, pressure and heating, the bed was incredibly nice and comfy and the AC in the room was very good in the Sacramento heat
As usual, I ask only a few things of a motel like this one: 1) is it quiet and am i left undisturbed? Yes. 2) does the AC work? Yes, very well, actually. 3) is the bed comfortable? Yes. 4) does the TV work? Yes 5) do i feel safe in my room? Yes.
The room is not in good shape, the carpet is dirty, the towels are not clean, and the bed is not clean at all
Property and room was clean and orderly. This is a family run motel, which I prefer. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
